Accounts Payable Assistant
Birmingham City Centre
Up to £32,000 (Dependant on Experience)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a successful and growing finance team. This position is ideal for graduates and early-career professionals wanting hands-on experience within a busy accounts payable function.
 
Key duties

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
• Matching invoices against purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Handling invoice queries
• Supporting month-end activities

About you

• Strong administration or finance background within Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable 
• Finance graduates welcome; this could be your opportunity to learn the finance ropes!
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
