Associate Director of Clinical Innovation & Governance. Community Healthcare. Public Health. **Flexible location as this is home based with a national remit**

My client is a leading healthcare business looking to appoint an experienced senior healthcare leader to provide strategic clinical leadership across the organisation and a range of health services. Alongside a solid senior leadership track record, the role requires someone with a current professional registration, which could be NMC, GMC, HCPC, BABCP etc)

A key focus will be to drive clinical innovation, ensuring that the organisation is operating at the forefront of best practice. You will be someone who can build a cohesive, effective management team, fostering a high-performance culture based on continuous improvement.

You will develop the organisation's clinical strategy, have responsibility for project management of service development and innovation projects, oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships. 

You will lead and inspire your team across a range of community-based public health services including mental health, children's services, addiction recovery, sexual health and more.
