Automotive Assembler

Location: Birmingham

Gross Weekly Pay: £471.00

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Days: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:15pm
Job Type: Temporary

We are recruiting for an assembler for an established manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

The role involves the assembly and production of automotive components.

Main Duties

• Assemble components used in the manufacture of automotive parts.
• Operate a power press.
• Fit and assemble components.
• Pressure test parts.
• Check for leaks and defects.
• Pack finished units ready for dispatch.
• Follow production instructions and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating a power press is an advantage.
• Good manual skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and production requirements.

Important:

Due to the 6:30am start, applicants must live locally or have their own reliable transport and be able to arrive on time.

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 4:15pm

This is an indefinite temporary contract.
