Job Description:

• Assist child residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.
• Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
• Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.
