CNC Miller

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join the team on a permanent basis.  The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components for various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Online Program, set up, and operate 3 and 5 axis milling machines to produce high-quality components to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and materials for each job.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and production processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in online programming 3 and 5 axis machines
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming using Hurco controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
