The OpportunityWorking within a precision engineering environment, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and optimising CNC machinery to produce high-quality aerospace components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimise CNC programs for precision aerospace components
  
  
• Set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC machinery
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  
  
• Program and set CNC lathes and machining centres using CAD/CAM software (training provided)
  
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency
  
  
• Ensure all work meets strict aerospace quality standards and tolerances
  
  
• Support production requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency
  
  

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  
  
• Experience working to tight tolerances within a precision engineering environment
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  

Desirable:

• Aerospace manufacturing experience
  
  
• Experience within a highly regulated engineering sector
  
  

Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm
