Credit Controller

Up to £32,000 DOE

We're recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a growing finance team in the heart of Birmingham. Whether you're a recent graduate with excellent communication skills or you've already gained some finance experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced transactional finance team. 
 
What you'll be doing

• Managing customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Building positive relationships with clients
• Chasing overdue payments by phone and email
• Resolving account queries
• Producing reports and supporting cash flow management

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional approach
• Good organisational skills
• Finance graduates welcome
• Previous finance experience beneficial but not essential
