Job Description:

• Process customer orders / schedules and coordinate from start to finish
  
  
• Act as a central point of contact, responsible for key customers, internal operations and suppliers to meet customer demand requirements efficiently, handling everything from procurement to final delivery and invoicing.
  
  
• Work with customers to accurately forecast on-going demand.
  
  
• Create schedules and forecasts for supporting raw materials onto suppliers to meet operational requirements and customer demand.
  
  
• Monitor and optimise stock levels, including safety stock. Maintain a balance to avoid shortages and excess stock hold.
  
  

• Proven experience of working in a similar role.
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  
  
• Strong planning skills – ability to take customer demand and productionise 
  
  
• Customer driven - strong customer-focused mindset. Dedicated to delivering high levels of service.
  
  
• Good IT skills - Excel (intermediate) and working knowledge of Sage Line 50
