Customer Service / Sales Advisor
£28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Early Finish Fridays + 25 Days Holiday
Coleshill, Birmingham (Commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, Walsall, Redditch)

This company are a well-established engineering manufacturer with multiple UK sites and a reputation for quality and long-term stability. They are looking to expand further and add another ambitious member to the team.

In this varied role, you will manage customer enquiries through Salesforce, process orders and quotations on SAP, check stock and lead times, and support with PODs, certificates, complaints, invoice queries and credits, working closely with sales, purchasing, warehousing and supply chain.

This role will suit someone from a sales/customer support background, looking to join a great business who will support you through every step of your career, whilst offering a variety of development opportunities.

The Role:
- Customer Service Advisor
- First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and Salesforce CRM
- Monday to Friday (38.75 Hours) + Early Finish Fridays

The Person:
- Customer service background
- CRM experience and strong written and spoken English
- SAP experience advantageous
- Technical background
