Job Description:

As a Food Production Operative, you'll join a busy site where you'll learn valuable manufacturing skills, work across different areas and have genuine opportunities to progress.

 
You'll be supported from the start, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge of meat processing, equipment operation and safety standards while working towards a permanent position.

Your responsibilities as a Food Production Operative

• Support different areas across the manufacturing process to keep operations running efficiently
• Work as part of the team to achieve daily output targets
• Follow site safety and Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines
• Operate equipment safely in line with site procedures and training
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout your shift
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and reporting issues

• Ability to follow processes, instructions and site procedures accurately
• Good attention to detail when completing practical tasks
• Ability to work safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to meet required quality and output standards

Working hours
The twilight shift works from Tuesday to Saturday.

• Tuesday to Thursday: 15:00 to 22:30
• Friday: 14:30 to 21:30
• Saturday: 09:30 to 17:00
