At Cadent, our operational teams play a vital role in delivering a safe and reliable gas network. As a Network Operations Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the wider Customer Operations team, helping to coordinate key activities, manage data, support business processes and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This is a varied role where you'll work with a range of stakeholders, supporting operational delivery through excellent organisation, attention to detail and customer service.

• Managing data and systems by accurately maintaining spreadsheets, databases and business systems.
• Supporting operational activity by tracking key processes, projects and business initiatives.
• Co-ordinating financial administration including raising purchase orders, approving invoices and arranging ad-hoc payments.
• Providing people support through administration of sickness absence management processes and team activities.
• Supporting communications and engagement initiatives across Customer Operations.
• Assisting senior leaders by providing administrative support to the Head of Customer Operations and wider management teams.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, accurately and professionally.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• A collaborative approach with excellent team-working, planning and organisational skills.
