Tamworth | NQ-4 Years' PQE | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary | Up to £47,000

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer looking for a role where you can build your expertise, work on quality matters and have the support to progress your career?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing Property team in Tamworth.

This role would suit a newly qualified lawyer through to 4 years' PQE who wants exposure to a broad range of commercial property work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You'll work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments
• Commercial refinancing and secured lending
• General commercial property advice
• Supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions
• Building strong client and professional relationships
• Identifying cross-referral opportunities
• Managing matters efficiently and progressing files to completion

There will also be opportunities to gain experience across more specialist areas, including agricultural property, development and site acquisition work.

We're looking for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with:

• NQ-4 years' PQE.
• Commercial property experience gained during training and/or post-qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong client care and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and team-focused approach.
