Production Team Leader – Glass ManufacturingAre you an experienced Production Team Leader with a background in glass manufacturing looking to join a well-established and growing business?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a production team
  
  
• Ensure productivity, quality, and waste targets are achieved
  
  
• Promote and maintain high health & safety standards
  
  
• Manage team performance, attendance, and training
  
  
• Work closely with Maintenance and Management teams to maximise production output
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department
  
  
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous Team Leader, Shift Leader, or Production Supervisor experience within glass manufacturing
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Experience managing production targets and KPIs
  
  
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality systems
  
  
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  
  
• IOSH or similar qualification advantageous
  
  

Working HoursRotating Weekly Shifts

• 06:00 – 14:00
  
  
• 14:00 – 22:00
