Job Description:

An established construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with one of the consultancy's major clients while also gaining exposure to projects across several sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking strong client exposure and varied project work.

The Project Manager will support and lead projects from early feasibility through to completion. The consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager who can build strong client relationships, manage multiple stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery. The incoming Project Manager will work with a key long-term client while also broadening their sector experience, giving the Project Manager excellent career development potential.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will manage projects throughout the construction lifecycle, supporting clients through planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.

Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating consultants, leading client meetings, monitoring progress and identifying project risks.

The successful Project Manager will ideally have:

• Previous Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy
• Strong client-facing experience
• Experience managing projects through several construction stages
• Exposure to multiple property or construction sectors
• A relevant construction-related degree
• Progress towards RICS, APM, CIOB or another professional qualification

• £50,000 - £58,000
