Project Order Coordinator

Redditch, Worcestershire - Hybrid Working

£30,000 - £35,000 + Annual Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Hybrid Working + Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Progression

Are you experienced in order processing, customer service, logistics or project administration and looking for a role with a global engineering manufacturer?

This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing team, taking ownership of customer project orders from initial handover through to final delivery.

You'll act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, factory, logistics and internal project teams, making sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

The role offers genuine responsibility and the opportunity to develop within a large engineering organisation, with exposure to commercial operations, logistics, project coordination and the wider sales function.

The Role

• Manage customer project orders from handover through to delivery
• Coordinate with customers, sales, factory and logistics teams
• Process and maintain orders accurately using ERP systems
• Track shipments, delivery dates and order progress
• Resolve issues and keep customers and internal teams updated
• Manage order documentation and ensure accurate information throughout
• Support urgent shipments and logistics requirements

The Person

• Experience in order processing, customer service, logistics or project administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Confident communicating with customers and internal teams
• Comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities
• Good IT/ERP system experience, ideally SAP or similar
• Reliable, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
