Property Manager – Birmingham
£30,000–£36,000 per annum | Immediate Start

We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join a fast-growing property business in Birmingham.

This is a hands-on role managing a busy property portfolio, requiring strong organisation, resilience and excellent communication skills. You’ll be confident dealing with landlords, tenants and vulnerable clients, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a high-volume property portfolio and inventory
• Managing rent arrears and credit control
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Tenancy agreements, renewals and compliance
• Supporting vulnerable clients professionally and sensitively
• Resolving disputes, maintenance issues and other property-related matters

The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience, a good understanding of tenancy requirements and the confidence to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
