We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Construction Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.

Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the construction market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with construction professionals and clients.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates.

• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of construction recruitment.
