Birmingham City Centre
£25,500 - £35,000 Basic Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own 360 recruitment desk, taking responsibility for both candidate and client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and growing client accounts
• Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating fees and securing placements
• Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals
• Delivering an outstanding recruitment service throughout the hiring process

About You
We're looking for:

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector
• Experience as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Consultant
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, target-driven and commercially focused mindset
• Desire to develop within a 360 recruitment environment
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
