REGISTERED MANAGER | £65,000 + BONUS

We’re currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established and growing children’s residential care provider.

This isn't a business where you're simply given a home, handed a set of targets and left to get on with it.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous Registered Manager experience within children's residential care

Understands Ofsted, safeguarding and the regulatory framework

Can lead, motivate and develop a strong staff team

Is confident managing the day-to-day running of a children's home

Has high standards and genuinely cares about outcomes for young people

Wants to work for a company where their experience and opinions are valued

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of something, rather than feeling like they're simply managing a home on their own.
