Our client is looking for someone who knows cruise, understands the travel trade and thrives on building genuine, long-lasting relationships with agents, fully converse with GDS flight systems.

You won’t simply be taking bookings. You’ll become a trusted cruise expert and valued partner to the trade, helping agents unlock opportunities, grow their cruise sales and deliver exceptional experiences for their clients.

Cruise Trade Sales Consultant Duties:

• Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with travel agents.
• Growing cruise sales and revenue across the trade.
• Using GDS to secure flights.
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and expert cruise advice.
• Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to booking.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts.
• Building relationships with key travel agency partners.
• Supporting and educating agents on cruise products, itineraries and promotions.

Cruise Trade Sales Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience selling cruise B2B to travel agents within a tour operator.
• Strong cruise product knowledge.
• GDS experience such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus – essential.
• A proven ability to develop and maintain valuable agent relationships.
