Sales Account Manager (French Speaking) | Warwickshire | £30,000 - £35,000 + Monthly & Annual Bonus

With products sold across more than 20 countries through independent retailers, concept stores, museum and gallery shops and department stores, this is a growing, family-run business with a distinctive product range and a strong reputation for quality.

The Sales Account Manager Opportunity

This is a hands-on commercial role combining account management with proactive new business development. You will manage a portfolio of wholesale customers, build lasting relationships with buyers and retail partners, and consistently seek out new stockists to keep your pipeline healthy. With an established product range, regular new launches and a clear CRM process behind you, this is a chance to make a real impact within a business that is genuinely growing.

What the Sales Account Manager does

• Managing a portfolio of wholesale customers as their main point of contact
• Building strong, long-term relationships with buyers, store owners and retail partners
• Growing accounts through range reviews, seasonal planning, new product introductions and tailored recommendations
• Converting warm leads from trade shows, inbound enquiries and CRM data into active wholesale accounts
• Researching and approaching new stockists across UK and international markets
• Creating conversations and qualified opportunities through consistent phone and email outreach
• Following opportunities through from first contact to order and ongoing account development
• Representing the brand at UK trade shows and international exhibitions, with thorough follow-up after each event
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Pipedrive with clear next actions and follow-up dates

The Sales Account Manager we are looking for

• Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally B2B wholesale (minimum 3 years in sales, around 2 years in account management preferred)
• A proactive new business mindset, comfortable researching prospects, making calls and following opportunities through
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone manner
• Commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable working to sales targets
• Organised and disciplined in managing a busy pipeline and follow-up activity
• Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Excel/Outlook; Pipedrive experience an advantage
• Willingness to travel to UK trade shows and occasionally internationally
• Own transport required due to office location
