Sales Administrator – Temporary (Ongoing)
Location: Nr Redditch
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

We're recruiting for a temporary Sales Administrator nr Redditch - this will be an ongoing contract.

Key responsibilities

• Handling phone enquiries from potential and existing customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Progressing sales
• Supporting diary management for the Sales team
• Recording sales information accurately on the CRM system
• Working closely with other departments to maintain a high standard of customer experience
• Producing general letters and memos
• Ordering upgrades and marketing materials
• Assisting with the creation of marketing campaigns

What you'll need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook, plus PDFs
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload
• An administrative background is preferred; property or sales admin experience would be a bonus
