Sales Executive

Our client is a high‑growth residential living operator with an amazing culture and a product that genuinely impresses people the moment they walk in. Their newest Birmingham building includes its own dedicated marketing suite, giving you a premium, face‑to‑face environment to meet customers, build rapport and convert warm inbound enquiries. With multiple new sites launching nationally, the sales team is expanding - creating huge opportunities for progression.

Every lead you receive is warm and inbound, driven by a huge marketing budget. The building almost sells itself, but we still want someone with a proper sales head - confident, structured, commercially sharp, and excited by a role that blends digital engagement with real face‑to‑face selling.

This isn't an out‑and‑out telesales role. It's perfect for someone who's strong on the phones but wants more human interaction, or someone who already has F2F experience and wants to work in a high‑quality environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to warm inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email and social
• Meeting customers in your own marketing suite and guiding them through the booking journey
• Converting interest into bookings and maximising revenue through smart upselling
• Communicating in a friendly, human way across digital and face‑to‑face channels
• Keeping CRM activity accurate and fully logged
• Working with on‑site teams to solve problems and support customer needs

What we're looking for:

• Strong sales background - inbound sales, telesales with F2F exposure, or customer‑facing sales
• Someone who wants a blend of digital engagement and face‑to‑face selling
• Excellent communicator across phone, digital and in‑person interactions
• Target‑driven with a structured approach to follow‑ups
• Confident using CRM, live chat and messaging tools
• Positive, people‑focused personality with natural rapport‑building skills
