Role: Sales Office Manager

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Onsite – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Dependent on Experience   

Location: Bromsgrove    

 

Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Engineering company, and we are looking for a Sales Office Manager to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business.

 

 

Sales Office Manager – Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and provide technical support by phone and email.
• Produce quotations, process sales orders and handle product queries.
• Oversee junior team members and assist with the smooth running of the office.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
• Manage priorities in a busy environment while maintaining clear and professional communication.

 

Sales Office Manager - Essential Skills & Experience:

• Possesses a high standard of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload effectively to changing situations under pressure.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to confidently use Microsoft word and excel.
• IT literate
