Senior Country Sales Lead – Construction Machinery Parts - UK & Ireland

A major brand specialising in Construction Machinery parts are looking for a Senior Country Sales Lead, who specialises in Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant parts sales, to support a team of Area Sales Managers across the UK and Ireland.

 

Role: Senior Country Sales Lead
Area: Covering UK & Ireland. Ideally located in the Midlands but open for the right candidate
Salary: £80,000 base salary, OTE potential of £100,000

The requirements of the Senior Country Sales Lead will be:

• As Senior Country Sales Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a market strategy
• Carrying out market and competitor analysis
• Identify market needs
• Providing support and direction for Area Sales Managers
• Develop, implement and monitor sales initiatives
  
  

The ideal candidate for Senior Country Sales Lead will have:

• Experience within a Parts Sales role within the Construction Machinery/Heavy Plant industry
• Excellent levels of knowledge, market exposure and a strong network
• Great relationship builder
• Able to travel throughout the UK & Ireland attending meetings
