Senior Development Manager
Home-Based (Midlands & Wales) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Development Manager to lead high-value regeneration projects using a Developer Led Framework across the Midlands and Wales. 

This senior role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management and client engagement — advising on procurement strategies and showcasing the value of our framework. You’ll work closely with the Development Director and play a key part in driving growth and delivering impactful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage risk and delivery plans.
• Engage with public and private sector partners to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Champion sustainability and social value.
• Support clients with procurement strategies, tender documents and business cases.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain client relationships.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in property development, construction or real estate.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of procurement frameworks and public sector procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and confident working independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
