Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering
Tamworth | £75,000–£85,000 per annum, depending on experience + company car or car allowance

Take commercial responsibility for infrastructure projects from initial cost planning through to completion.

We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an established civil engineering contractor. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of project finances, resolving contractual issues and working closely with delivery teams.

The role
• Manage project costs, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Oversee contractual commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve value.
• Work with clients, project teams and supply chain partners to support successful delivery.

About you
You will bring experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable challenging costs constructively and explaining commercial priorities to operational teams.

The package includes £75,000–£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a company car or car allowance.
