Senior Sales Negotiator

Estate Agent

Lichfield

Basic Salary £28,000 with OTE £34,000

Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm with time off in lieu

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team at their Lichfield branch

The successful candidate must have estate agency experience and preferably knowledge of Lichfield and surrounding areas   You will need drive, determination and motivation to exceed in an office targeted team environment  

As an accomplished sales negotiator you will need the following qualities;

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in High Street estate agency
• Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels
• Self-motivated able to use own initiative with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet office deadlines
• Thorough approach with excellent organisational skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail with ‘can do’ mindset
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
