TEAM ASSISTANT

TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at Associate level and above
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Managing high volumes of phone calls and emails, relaying information accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences across multiple locations
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, international flights, accommodation and car bookings
• Managing expenses and processing invoices
• Supporting teams with day-to-day queries, issues and administrative requirements
• Providing holiday and telephone cover for colleagues while managing ad hoc tasks and maintaining workflow priorities
