Job Description:

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a growing software business providing CRM and business management solutions to window, door and conservatory installation companies.

We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator with a genuine installation background to join the Support & Development team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked within the windows, doors, glazing or conservatory installation sector and is looking to move away from being on the tools while continuing to use their industry knowledge.

The Role

You will provide technical support to customers, investigate system queries and work alongside developers, while also helping test new CRM features and software releases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing 2nd/3rd line customer support via phone, email and tickets.
• Investigating system queries and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Testing CRM updates, new features and app functionality.
• Reproducing and documenting software bugs and verifying fixes.
• Liaising with customers, support teams and developers to resolve issues.
• Recording support activity and identifying recurring issues.

About You

Installation experience is essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within a window, door, conservatory, glazing or fenestration installation business.

You could come from an installation, operations, coordination, technical support or office-based role, provided you have a strong understanding of how an installation business operates.

You should also have:

• Good IT and CRM skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to investigate issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment.

Experience with software testing or QA would be advantageous.
