Telesales Advisor

£12.71 - 13.50 per hour plus bonus

Do you know your way around a phone and enjoy the challenge of persuading busy people to say yes?

We're looking for Telesales Advisors to join a growing team.

This isn't a script and smile role. You'll be speaking with managers and business owners, getting them to agree to face to face meetings with a Field Sales rep, so you need to be sharp, confident and genuinely comfortable holding a proper business conversation on the phone.

Previous telesales or appointment setting experience is essential.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to decision makers across various industries
• Learning enough about each client's product or service to speak about it credibly
• Booking qualified appointments that are worth someone's time to attend
• Hitting targets without cutting corners on quality

What we're offering

• £12.71 per hour, with scope to go higher for candidates with strong relevant experience (up to £13.50)
• Bonus scheme
• Part-time considered, minimum 5 hour shifts, 3 days a week
• Full-time hours available 39 hours
• Free on-site parking
