Training Officer – Quality Management & Compliance

Are you passionate about training, quality management, and compliance within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer and play a pivotal role in ensuring a highly skilled and inspection-ready workforce.

This role will give you the chance to design and deliver GMP-focused training programs, maintain accurate records, and champion a positive quality culture throughout the site. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in regulated environments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the site training matrix aligned to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver GMP induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
• Own and maintain training records ensuring completeness and audit readiness.
• Assess training effectiveness via competency checks, data analysis, and KPIs.
• Support internal audits and host MHRA inspections related to training compliance.
• Champion a positive training and quality culture across all teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Life Sciences, Quality or HR/L&D (preferred).
• Experience in QA, training, or quality systems roles in GMP environments (essential).
• Knowledge of GMP, MHRA compliance, and QMS frameworks.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting compliance data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Recognized training qualification.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits or inspections.
