Warehouse Operative 

Twilight – Monday to Thursday 1530 – 2330, Fridays 1345 - 2000
Redditch, B98
From £15.27 per hour increasing after 12 weeks
    
An ever growing, busy, global manufacturer are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Redditch. Working in a large, busy warehouse, this role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period. 

This role has a guaranteed pay increase once 12 weeks service completed, early finish every Friday and training on various FLT’s in house. 

Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:

• Picking of various products 
• Inspection of parts
• Working with the Goods in/out department
• Early finish Fridays
• Adhering to health and safety protocols 
• MHE training on various FLT’s
• Pay rise after 12 weeks service 
• Overtime available paid at a premium rate

For employees who demonstrate they can work to a good standard and prove their reliability, potential permanent contracts will be available after a period of time.
