The school is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people and enjoys working in a supportive, specialist setting.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils both in and out of the classroom
• Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupil progress
• Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Provide personal care where required

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND, either in schools, care settings, nurseries, or community environments
• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential
