We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Worcestershire. Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner throughout the day
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Explain and discuss finance options with customers in detail
• Match customers' requirements and budgets to suitable vehicles
• Contribute to achieving demanding sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and market trends

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar automotive sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Professional approach with excellent organisational skills
• Valid UK driving licence
