Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer in Stourbridge, West Midlands, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. • Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £45,000
• Basic salary £21,000
• No Sundays working, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Meeting and greeting customers throughout each day
• Conducting test drives with potential purchasers
• Explaining finance options in detail and assisting with vehicle funding
• Matching customers’ requirements and budgets to suitable vehicles
• Achieving personal sales targets while working as part of a team
• Building lasting relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and features
• Supporting the dealership’s goal of providing exceptional customer service

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar automotive sales role
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work towards sales targets
• Knowledge of automotive finance and product options
• Professional and proactive approach to work
• Full driving license is essential
• Motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team
