Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £35,000-£42,000 Year 1

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with candidates and schools, matching the right people with the right opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building strong candidate relationships
• Writing professional CV profiles
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Working with experienced sales consultants
• Developing client and candidate relationships
• Working towards achievable KPIs and targets
• Providing excellent customer service
• Developing your sales and business development skills
• Earning commission as you progress

This is a sales-focused, target-driven role, ideal for graduates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by achievement, progression and earning potential.
