£25,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £30,000-£35,000+

7:30am–4:30pm (with reduced hours in school holidays)

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills in sales, business development, negotiation and account management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with clients and job seekers
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Developing new business opportunities
• Conducting sales calls and client meetings
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Working towards KPIs, targets and commission goals

About You
We're interested in potential rather than recruitment experience.
You'll ideally have:

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive and resilient attitude
• A target-driven or sales-focused mindset
• Confidence building relationships with people
• Ambition to develop a successful long-term career
• The motivation to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
