£25,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £30,000-£35,000+

7:30am–4:30pm (with reduced hours in school holidays)

Smile Education is an award-winning recruitment business seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team. No recruitment experience is required. We'll provide industry-leading training, ongoing mentoring and a clear progression pathway from Graduate Consultant through to Senior Consultant, Management and Leadership positions.

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk and build a successful client and candidate portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with clients and education professionals
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Developing new business through sales activity and networking
• Attending client meetings and school visits
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process
• Working towards performance targets and commission goals

What We're Looking For

• A graduate from any degree discipline
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, resilient and target-driven mindset
• Confidence to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Desire to build a successful long-term career

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, sport, events or leadership positions is beneficial but not essential.
