Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work on an ongoing social housing voids contract in Tamworth.

This is long-term work with an ASAP start, with all materials delivered directly to site, so you just need your own tools and transport.

We’re looking for a Multi Trader who can confidently carry out a range of works, including any of the below:

• Carpentry 
• Plumbing 
• Plastering 
• Tiling
• Painting & decorating
• Kitchen fitting
• Bathroom fitting

What’s on offer:

• £200 per day
• Ongoing, long-term work

We want to talk to Multi Traders with:

• Blue CSCS card 
• Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights certificates
• Tools
• Experience in a range of trades

Previous social housing experience is preferred, particularly voids and property refurbishment.
