Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Technical Assurance Co-ordinator to support operational delivery across the contract, reporting to the Compliance & Certification Team Leader and/or Service Delivery Manager.
Job Overview
This role is focused on supporting compliance and operational teams by reviewing and maintaining documentation to ensure technical accuracy and consistent quality control across Reactive, PPM and Remedial workstreams. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to maintain compliance standards and ensuring supporting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
The Technical Assurance Co-ordinator will act as a link between compliance teams and field service delivery teams, helping to monitor activity, track remedial actions, and produce management information that supports performance monitoring and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance documentation, recording compliance levels and identifying any gaps.
- Review supporting documentation to ensure technical accuracy and quality control across all delivery streams.
- Identify essential remedial actions required to maintain compliant status across equipment, activities and the estate.
- Track and assign remedial activities, ensuring progress is monitored and accurately recorded.
- Ensure all work order tasks have the relevant paperwork uploaded within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise between compliance analysts, compliance teams and field engineering service delivery teams.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and communications relating to each request.
- Produce periodic and ad hoc reports, including management information to support performance monitoring and service improvement.
Person Specification
- Familiarity with IT systems, with training provided where required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use initiative.
- Background in Facilities Management is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent timekeeping and a proactive, professional approach to work.
- Experience using CAFM systems would be advantageous.
