Technical Sales Engineer
Wolverhampton

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic + £65,000 - £80,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance + Training + Progression

Are you a Technical Sales Engineer looking to maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission scheme while taking ownership of an established customer base?

This growing engineering business is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to develop existing accounts, generate new opportunities and become an important part of its expanding external sales team.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will have a direct path into management, with the opportunity to build towards leading the sales function as the company continues to grow. If you want autonomy, earning potential and a genuine next step in your career, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing and developing an existing customer base across a regional patch
• Completing two or three quality customer visits per day to identify issues and provide practical technical support
• Generating new leads alongside managing existings customers

The Successful Technical Sales Engineer Will Need to Have:

• Experience working with steam systems, industrial boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, valves or related process equipment (Essential)
• Technical sales experience or an engineering background with the ambition to move into sales
• The confidence to manage customer relationships and discuss technical requirements on site
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory
