Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Industrial Recruitment

IRS Group is a fast-growing industrial recruitment business with ambitious expansion plans. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in the demanding, fast-paced world of temporary recruitment.

You’ll be responsible for attracting and placing temporary workers, managing client requirements, filling bookings at pace and delivering an excellent service in a constantly changing environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, resilient and highly organised
• Comfortable working at speed and under pressure
• Confident managing candidates, clients and daily staffing demands
• Commercially focused and motivated by results
• Experienced in recruitment, sales or account management

Full training on the job will be given

Monday to Friday 0800-1630 (Early finishes on Friday)
