Maintenance Engineer
Wolverhampton
£55,00 - £60,000 DOE  
4on/4off DAYS (no nights!) – book four days off, get 12 days off work – no sat/sun nights


My client in 2024 was included in the Sunday Times list as one of the UK's top 100 fastest-growing private firms.

They have just gone through a huge expansion, doubling their product output and revenue whilst installing 3 brand new lines. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a stable, growing business part of the FMCG sector. They are looking for multiple maintenance engineers, ideally from FMCG. Ideally, you will have experience on some of the following: conveyors, packaging machines, case packers, pallet wrappers, shrink wrappers or any machinery associated with the fmcg industry. They would also look at maintenance engineers from a different industry. In a climate where things are unstable in certain sectors, this is a business that is thriving and offer that stability over the next 5 years.

• Experience required for the maintenance engineer:

• 3 years working as a maintenance engineer within manufacturing
• Ideally level 3 and apprenticeship served but would look at experience as well
• If mechanical – experience with bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, belts, chains, drives etc.
• If electrical – experience with sensors, contactors, relays, panels etc. PLC faut finding advantageous
